following Golden Retriever
to_____________________________________________________ We pride ourselves in raising 100% healthy puppies. Our puppies are raised at home and they are guaranteed to be free of fleas or parasites. All puppies are bathed prior to departure, so they will be home-ready, fluffy and sweet smelling. The puppy has been examined and pronounced healthy by seller's vet before leaving to its new home. Puppy is guaranteed to be in good health. In the unlikely event that the puppy arrives seriously ill full purchase price can be refunded (excluding shipping costs) provided that the puppy is examined by a veterinarian within 3 days of arrival and the dog is returned to Seller immediately. Medical proof of any claim must be provided for Seller's veterinarian's review. Companion puppies will be sold with AKC limited registration (no breeding). Breeding prospects will be sold with full registration. The "New Moon" kennel name will be included as part of the puppy's name in the registration as our "signature" in both cases. A puppy bought as companion can have its registration upgraded later, please inquire. We care about the future of our puppies. If buyer cannot keep this puppy at any point, Seller reserves the right to be notified and given option to re-acquire puppy or help find it a new suitable home. At which time all but $300 (three hundred) of new selling price will be refunded to Buyer as soon as dog is sold at fair market value, which depending on age, temperament, training, etc, may be more or less than amount paid by Buyer originally. Dog is to be shipped back to Seller at Buyer's expense. If Buyer chooses to sell or give away dog (relatives, friends, etc), Seller reserves the right to be given new owner's contact information. If it is found that above dog has been surrendered to a dog pound/shelter or rescue organization or the dog is found to be abused or neglected Seller will take immediate repossession of dog. It is strongly recommended and expected for the puppy to live in the house for proper bonding with family and socialization. Obedience training is recommended to ensure a good relationship between dog, owner, and others. Our main goal is to produce happy, healthy dogs that make excellent companions which are loved and cherished by their owners. One of the highlights of breeding quality puppies is to hear how well they are doing in their new homes. Please keep in touch. Letters and photos are appreciated and will be added to our website. We hope you will enjoy many years with your new New Moon Golden Retriever. Both the Buyer and Seller have read the above contract and understand and agree to all the conditions stated herein. No amendments have been made to this contract. Attachment: "Health Guarantees" document. This contract is legal and binding.
